Penny has over thirteen years of experience in public accounting. Penny's expertise encompasses all aspects of financial statement audit, review and compilation reporting as well as a broad base knowledge in estate, gift and income taxation. Before joining the firm, she spent over seven years with a local Orange County CPA firm and five years with Deloitte & Touché in Hong Kong. Penny also is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.
